Her Top Shop Returns Policy
You can return full priced items for store credit in a form of a gift voucher within 14 days of receiving your purchase, on change of mind. Sale items can not be returned for exchange or store credit on change of mind.

Store credits valid for 12 months.

No refund on change of mind. Please select your items with care as refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty. Should you find your item is faulty we will provide a replacement or where not possible refund the item.

How to Make a Return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Her Top Shop will accept a return if the item is:
Sent back within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Item must be new and unworn with all original tags attached, does not have make-up, tan marks, smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder.

Once we have received your return order please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return and our team will contact you via email.

This includes payments made via ZIPPAY and AFTERPAY. We will inspect all return items upon receipt and returns which fail to comply with the above will be sent back.

Express shipping $15.00 (1-3 business days, up to 5 days to WA and remote areas)
